Code, research, and methods must be public. Patents used defensively, not offensively. No proprietary moats around basic human needs.
Long horizon
Decisions weighted on a 25-year scale. No quarterly thinking. No exit-driven roadmaps. Built to outlast the founders.
Radical transparency
Books open. Salaries public. Failures published. If you wouldn't show it on the homepage, you shouldn't be doing it.
